For over 10 years we have been operating in Italy with several high-profile partners in sustainability sector.
We have redeveloped (regenerated) properties and built a sustainable Real Estate model for different living contexts (Class A Real Estate) .
We design in class A and we take care in creating comfortable and healthy environments in which the customer can also discuss interior solutions with us.
In interior design we take care in working with totally sustainable materials, with life cycles that welcome principles of circular economy.
Furnishings that are also non-harmful in their finishes and paintwork, strongly limiting indoor pollution which today is strongly higher than outdoor pollution.
Renewable sources are always designed to balance expected consumption while also respecting landscape and architectural solutions.
We plan respecting your budget and the most appropriate tax system for a correctly calculated return on investment.

How it works
Through the “request information” form it will be possible to activate the first contact and assess the client’s needs.
It will then be our task to define with the customer the appropriate path, also in relation to the location of the property and specific requirements.
